There are albums that you really enjoy but only really listen to it on occasion but there are albums that will always have room in your rotation. For the Smith Westerns' self titled release it hard to say which category it would fall into. This record is a solid garage rock, teen angst, lo-fi event with great songs all over it but there is something about it that seems to be lacking. This album screams with it fuzzy guitar riffs but keeps it cool with its pop sensibility.
